Pastor Tom Nelson,
Denton Bible Church
The book of Ecclesiastes is one of the best antidotes to Pentecostalism in the Bible. Pentecostalism is filled with fantasies of fame, fortune, and a life free of problems. Ecclesiastes reminds us that we live in a cursed world where everything fades away, and life is fleeting. Our only real meaning is found in God, and our only real hope is eternity.
